Let’s not waste any time:
What you’re about to read isn’t just a content plan or a content creation quick tip.
This is a practical breakdown of how to take what you already know—your skills, your lived experience, your craft—and turn it into something that gives you more time, more freedom, and more purpose in the way you work.
This is for people who are great at what they do, but are thinking or wanting to build something bigger.
To reach more people, and have a bigger impact on individuals.
Something that actually reflects what they want from their life and career.
If that’s you—this guide might reshape how you think about social media, content creation, and your business entirely.
Here’s my personal experience—
My “All-In” Switch:
Ten months ago, I was a freelance photographer.
I had my own photo studio, my own clients, and a decent roster of work.
I “made it” only to then to be burnt out.
I was stuck in the loop:
→ Get a client.
→ Do the work.
→ Send the invoice.
→ Start again.
Everything I earned was tied directly to my hours, energy, and availability.
Then last June, I made the switch.
I stopped creating for clients—and started creating for myself.
I went from “freelancer” to “content creator” in less than 90 days.
And not a “content creator” who hopes for brand brand deals in their inbox.
That’s really just being a glorified freelancer with an audience.
I was a “content creator” who was getting paid for the skills I learned as a photographer.
Within two months of going all in, I started earning consistent income online.
I packaged what I already knew into something that could systematically help others.
I spent 5 years learning photography and shooting for local businesses—only to then transition into helping entrepreneurs and brands around the world create their own content and implement custom content systems and strategy.
Same service and skill, but a more creative delivery.
Now I can enjoy time, location, and money freedom.
And it all starts by digitalizing your service and business.
If you’re curious to see how that actually works, let’s break down the exact roadmap of what I personally did and how that could look for yourself.
Find Your Niche and Authentic Offer
Your content should be fun… Right?
Well yeah, but you’re probably posting content for a deeper reason.
Think of your content on a sliding scale between a hobby and a business.
If you lean on the hobby side of the scale and you just make content purely 100% for fun with no expectation or attachment to the outcome, then cool -
You can post whatever you want, whenever you want and have a fun creative outlet.
But it's going to be pretty hard to grow an audience or have any significant impact since you would most likely have an account that’s a little scattered.
It is just your hobby after all. There’s nothing wrong with treating your content like a hobby and having some fun.
But if you did want to see some results, maybe get some people watching your content then you’d have slide across the scale and treat it more like a business.
Once you slide across the scale into treating your content more like a business instead of a hobby.
You might start thinking of implementing a schedule to stay consistent, you might start thinking about what content to post, you might start doing some more research and learning the details of social media and content creation, etc.
Sometimes you may not feel like making content, but you have some systems and discipline to keep you on track since you’re treating your content more like a business rather than just a hobby.
You might want to have a stronger impact on your audience, make a couple bucks from brand deals, or even start your own online business or service.
This for most of us, would make more sense and also be super fun.
If you’re going to pour so many hours into your content then we may as well enjoy some results and play the game.
Therefore if you do plan on really diving into your content and taking it seriously, then we should consider our niche and authentic offer.
Before you even post your first video, reel, or newsletter, you need to be grounded in your niche and authentic offer.
This is the foundation. Without it, your content will be scattered—and your ideas / services won’t scale.
You can be as creative as you’d like, and post whatever you would like, as long as you know your ultimate purpose and vision.
So what do I mean by “niche”?
It’s not some trendy buzzword. It’s your main idea and purpose online.
It is:
• The thing you’ve spent years doing, learning, or mastering.
• The thing you wish more people knew about.
• The obsession you can’t stop thinking about
• What you paid tens of thousands of dollars for to learn in school…
• What you spend your free time learning about and talking about
It is what you do, and what you are passionate about.
But your niche is always evolving.
Which is why most of you probably won’t be making content about you learned in school.
You are (or you should be) continuously learn throughout your life and continue to adapt.
Your niche is what you know and the value you can share to the world.
Now here’s where most people stop.
But not you.
You’re going to take it 1 step further and turn that niche (your skill or idea) into a digital authentic offer.
This is the key to making content work for you long-term.
This niche interest of yours is the key to live an abundant life with purpose.
Skill or Interest → Niche → Value → Authentic Offer
A digital authentic offer is a way of bringing value to someone via digital delivery.
If you already have an authentic offer (in real life) that earn money from, then perfect -
The next step is to digitalize that product or service to expand how many people you can impact.
We want to go digital and global baby.
Example:
Yoga teacher teaches classes in Vancouver, Canada.
Cool.
Now he or she starts posting cool content and people from Toronto, Buenos Aires, London, Berlin, Madrid, Sydney and Tokyo all what to work with her. (just to name a few random cities around the world).
They found the yoga teachers content, think he or she is cool, and wants a bit more then 30 second instagram videos.
The yoga teacher can now digitalize their value to help all the people that like them who also don’t have the opportunity to fly across the world to an in person class Vancouver class.
This is the opportunity and gap in every single industry for anyone with a skill an open mind to take advantage of.
This yoga teacher could create her own movement based digital school, help thousands of people, lower how much clients are paying, and give more value to people.
There’s a few extra details and benefits in this example:
Our yoga teacher doesn't have to spend any extra time for the new students who join, making this digital offer very scaleable.
Our yoga teacher has little to no expenses running her online school. No rent, no yoga mats, no receptionist or cleaning staff, maybe some software expenses. So now she gets to enjoy operating at 95% profit
This allows our yoga teacher to create meaningful content about her passions and interests and build the audience she always wanted.
Plus if she ever did want to transition her offer or content, she can do that because they have an audience.
Their in control.
They’re inspiring, educating, and helping start while getting paid to help people master the craft and skill through their personal systems that worked from them.
This is how you find your life’s purpose through content creation.
Your offer doesn’t have to be fancy. It just has to be real, clear, and helpful.
And when your offer is based from your personal and past experiences.
Then all you have to do is create and document.
“Here’s what I did to achieve x…”
x being any desired outcome
x - Hold longer handstands
x - Become more flexible
x - Heal my relationship with money
x - Become more content and happy
x - Attract healthy relationships
x - Earn more money
x - Travel the world
x - Learn how to snowboard
x - Build a cool capsule wardrobe
x - Overcome my anxiety
Whatever you have done, that others admire, is your authentic niche and offer.
Use That Purpose and Niche to Create Content (Consistently)
Here’s the truth:
Most people don’t struggle with how to make content.
They struggle with why they’re making it in the first place.
When you’ve clarified your niche and offer, content becomes way easier.
Now you’re not just posting to post—you’re posting with purpose.
You’re posting to share your vision and to create impact.
But where do you start?
Shortform content.
It’s fast, it reaches the most amount of people, and it’s social.
It’s the easiest way to get attention right now.
Reels. TikToks. Shorts.
This how you start your conversations.
It’s how strangers become followers, and followers become fans.
And your job with shortform is it to introduce yourself. Not over-explain or lecture.
It’s to spark curiosity.
Think of it like a first date. You’re not diving into your whole backstory, you’re just getting someone interested enough to say, “Tell me more.”
Don’t overcomplicate it. Don’t try to prove how smart you are.
Just make people care.
Once they’re interested, they’ll start paying more attention.
They’ll look at your profile. They’ll read your captions. Maybe they’ll even subscribe to your newsletter or watch your longform content.
This is how it starts.
Content that leads somewhere. That leads into your content ecosystem so you can share deeper thoughts and ideas.
Not just posting to post. Or posting to make a quick buck or brand deal.
You are curating a community based from your ideas and experiences.
And the only way you can do this consistently is if you’re genuinely aligned with what you’re talking about.
That’s why niche and offer come first.
That’s why your purpose comes before your plan.
Build your content ecosystem (+ steal my personal content schedule)
Once you’ve got clarity and momentum, it’s time to build a content ecosystem that supports your growth.
Instead of constantly wondering what to post or feeling like you’re starting from scratch every week, you’ll have a structure in place that helps you stay consistent, visible, and in flow with your business.
Here’s how I personally structure my week to stay creative, consistent, and focused on what matters.
• Shortform video: 5–6x per week
• YouTube video: 1x per week
• Newsletter: 1x per week
This is what I follow every week—as close as I can.
I batch my shortform content on Fridays, write my newsletter Wednesday morning, record my YouTube video Wednesday afternoon, and edit on Sundays.
This adds up to about 100 minutes of content creation a day.
I now have a shortform editor helping me with some animations and b-roll for my edits.
If you can’t afford an editor just start with basic content.
The most important thing is: you know what you’re building.
• Shortform sparks interest.
• Longform builds trust.
• Your offer delivers transformations and systemized value.
Each piece plays a role. Each platform serves a purpose.
And the more consistent you are, the more your audience moves up the awareness ladder:
Unaware → Problem Aware → Solution Aware → Product Aware → Most Aware
You’re not just “making content”—you’re building a brand and online business.
This is what separates creators who last… from those who burn out or don’t see the point.
The Future of Work Is Now
This isn’t just about content—it’s about staying relevant in a rapidly changing world.

If you can package what you know into a service, offer, or digital experience—and communicate that through consistent, purposeful content—you’re not just avoiding being replaced…
